Why does the Scale say Lo/Low?

When the scale says Lo/Low this means the batteries must be changed as there is low power that is not sufficient enough for it to operate properly.

How to Change the Scale Batteries:

1. Pick up the Balance Smart Scale.
2. Turn the Balance Smart Scale over.
3. Remove the battery cover on the back.
4. Remove the batteries.
5. Insert new batteries
6. Replace the cover.

After changing the batteries in the Balance Smart Scale, it will turn on momentarily to re-calibrate then turn off and it is ready to use again.
