Creating Forms is a very powerful tool we've made available to Coaches & Clinics so that you can obtain important information from your Patients. Let's take a quick look.
You can get to Forms via the Digital Libary using the side menu, so let's take a quick look.
- Manage Content / Create & Edit Forms: In the Digital Libary use the selection tab to switch from managed content to Create & Edit Forms.
- Create Form (button): Make a new form setting its title, status, addendums, and submission maximum per patient.
- Search Form / Next Previous (button): To find your form the best option is Searching for its name or you can go through the listing with the Next & Previous buttons.
