In addition to the existing platform messaging feature (messaging through the mobile app or dashboard) Patients and Coaches can now communicate through SMS messages. You may reach out to your account manager to set up a phone number and enable this feature for all users within your clinic.
Note: Standard Message and Data Rates will apply to the patient.
Key Features
-
Single Clinic Phone Number: The new SMS messaging feature assigns a single phone number to your clinic, simplifying the communication process. All SMS messages sent to this number are received by the clinic and accessible to all coaches that have access to that patient.
-
Unified Message Thread: Messages sent to the clinic's phone number create a single, continuous thread. This thread is visible both in the new 'SMS Messages' menu item on the left-hand side of the dashboard and also within the patient chart itself.
- Seamless Outgoing Messages: Messages sent from the clinic to patients use the same clinic phone number. This maintains consistency and familiarity in communications.
-
Patient Phone Number Set in Profile: The platform will identify the patient based on the phone number set in their profile on their patient chart.
