Deleting a Patient Measurement

A new patient has just joined your Clinic and accidentally weighed in the day before they should start, but this there's an easy way to quickly correct this problem without hesitation.

STEP #1:

Log into the Provider Dashboard at https://dashboard.coachcare.com.

STEP #2:

Next, Search the Patient Name or Email for measurement corrections.

STEP #3:

Then simply Select Measurements.

STEP #4

Lastly, use the Action > Delete (trashcan icon) to remove any incorrect Measurements.
